Data deletion
ShopOn 24 is provided by SafeNet Creations (Pvt) Ltd, Jaffna, Sri Lanka. For purchases, the shop you message is the seller and your first contact for order or personal-data questions.
Customers: message the shop using the same WhatsApp number used for your order. Say you want your ShopOn 24 data deleted and include the shop name and an order reference, if available. The shop may need to verify your identity before authorising the request.
Shop owners and staff: contact your SafeNet onboarding representative or the support address below from your registered email. State your shop name, account email and whether you want customer records, a staff account or the whole shop removed. Request an export first if you need a copy.
The request is handled manually after verification. Support will confirm its scope, any required retention, and the completion date. Disconnecting WhatsApp or removing a Meta integration does not by itself erase shop records, backups or data held independently by Meta. Never send a password, access token or bank credentials with a request.
