ShopOn 24 is provided by SafeNet Creations (Pvt) Ltd, Jaffna, Sri Lanka. For purchases, the shop you message is the seller and your first contact for order or personal-data questions.
Information used to provide the service
Depending on what you share, the service processes WhatsApp identifiers, contact names and numbers, messages, media and voice notes, order and delivery details, payment slips and invoices. Shop staff account details, access records and service usage are also processed.
How information is used
Information supports shop conversations, catalogue answers, order handling, payments review, invoices, security and support. The shop controls its customer records. SafeNet operates the service on the shop's instructions. Essential cookies keep staff signed in and remember their chosen language.
Connected providers and hosting
Messages travel through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Relevant message content may be sent to the configured AI or speech provider to answer or transcribe. Database, media storage, email and push providers support the service. Before a shop is activated, its agreement must identify the selected providers, hosting region and any international transfers.
Retention and your choices
Ask the shop for access, correction, export or deletion of your records, or to speak to a person instead of the assistant. Retention periods and legal or accounting exceptions must be confirmed in the shop's agreement before activation. This notice does not promise automatic deletion or a completed deletion request.
