Service terms

ShopOn 24 provides a shared business inbox, catalogue-based assistance and order tools. The shop is responsible for its products, prices, stock, policies, customer permissions, payments and fulfilment. AI answers can be incomplete or incorrect; staff must review issues and customers can ask for a person.

Keep staff logins secure and grant access only to authorised people. Use the service lawfully and comply with Meta's current business and messaging policies. Do not use it for prohibited goods, unsolicited messaging, fraud or unlawful collection of personal information.

Activation requires an agreed service order and data-processing terms. These must cover pricing, setup charges, Meta charges, support, hosting, approved providers, retention, security responsibilities, incident assistance and termination. This public summary does not replace that agreement or guarantee Meta approval, message delivery, sales or uninterrupted service.

SafeNet processes shop customer data to operate the agreed service, using authorised staff and configured providers. The shop must provide lawful instructions and its own customer notice. Export, deletion, breach support and provider changes are handled through the agreed support process. A signed processor agreement is required before customer data is imported.
